Today hasn't been so great. I'm having constant "caffeine withdrawal" headaches. I finally had to work one Mt Dew into my 1200 calories. It all worked out though because I had to help sort, load, and unload a lot of Girl Scout cookies so I worked that off easily. Not to mention, all I had today to eat was a small 160 calorie bag of CheezIts from our vending machine at work. After I got home I ate a small helping of leftover lasagna. I'm not sure on the calories because it was 1) leftover 2) original store boxed. I'm sure it was stacked with calories since it pasta and store bought... Oh well
Yesterday I did stay within the 1200 calories but I felt like I was starving all night long. I bought some gum, so I'd have something in my mouth and also drank a bunch of water. Each time I got hungry, I would drink :) Yay for me!!
