The Beginning

After a very rough December and extremely rough weekend I weighed in tonight at 180 pounds. OUCH... I am working with girls at work to keep me on track and my weight loss goal is 40-45 pounds. I working to have this done by April 15th but we'll see how well that works!
I've done some research and found that in order to lose 2 pounds per week, I need to have less than 1200 calories per day. Let's see what I can do!!!!
